Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Quotes

All quotes are based on the inventory list provided. Any additional items on the moving day may incur extra charges.

2. Parking and Access

It is the customer's responsibility to secure parking permits at both locations. Any parking fines incurred will be added to the final invoice.

3. Insurance and Claims

Our 'Goods in Transit' insurance covers items up to £50,000. Any claims for damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move date.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move will be subject to a 50% booking fee.
